UPDATE: The Mission Aurora VS is released: [link]

Hi again, i thought it was about time to show you how it was going with the Mission Aurora VS for Windows XP, i therefor present you: Mission Aurora 2nd preview

a bit of the changed stuff from the 1st preview:

- A brighter caption bar.

- minimize, maximize and close butten is moved a bit away from each other.

- A whole new aurora start menu with a piece of blurry glass infront.

- New innovative shellstyle (Still under construction).

- ...

But as you can guess the VS is not finished yet, so im still open for suggestions, just leave a comment on what you think should be changed.

Also if you think that i changed something from the first preview that shouldnt be changed, just leave a comment.

ALSO I AM PLANNING TO MAKE A COMPACT MENU

Please let me know what you think of the preview, write your comment.

UPDATE:

Startbutton suggestions:
As i can see there is a lot of people that wants another Start button, so i have decided to make an alternative startbutton also.

Taskbar suggestions:
There have also been a lot of people who wanted a compact taskbar, so im also going to look at that.

Its a screenshot of the VS, although the shellstyle backround, isnt 100% finished

Looks nice! Some suggestions though:

-No offense, but the start button is pretty ugly. It's the lowpoint of the style. Change it to a modified version of the Vista orb, perhaps?

-The fake transparency on the start menu and the window titlebars won't look as good if a different wallpaper is used and when the window is moved around. Perhaps we can have something that looks nice regardless of the wallpaper being used?

Thanks for your suggestion, but the whole point of this VS i to be based on the Aurora Wallpaper, and there is a lot of people (including me) that are kind of tired of the Vista look alikes, therefor i dint make an vistalike orb.

by the way it doesnt look wierd with other wallpapers (i tried)
